LoanCmd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is built to run offline.
Your loan data stays on your device unless you choose to share or export it.
What we do not collect
- We do not run our own servers for your loan data.
- We do not use third-party analytics SDKs to track you inside the app.
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
Data processed on your device
Your loan details (names, amounts, rates, terms, extra-payment rules) are stored
locally on your device in an on-device database (Hive). This data is used to
calculate amortization schedules and summaries for you. If your device/OS backups are enabled
(e.g., Google backup or iCloud), the OS may include this local data in its backup. You can control
this in your device settings.
Optional exports & sharing
If you choose Export JSON, the file is created locally. You pick where it goes
(e.g., Files, Drive, email). We do not receive a copy.
Purchases & Payments (via RevenueCat)
LoanCmd uses RevenueCat
to securely process and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions made through Google Play or the App Store,
and to restore your purchases across devices.
Data Collected
- Purchase information: product identifiers (SKUs), purchase tokens, subscription status (active/expired),
renewal/cancellation dates, refund status.
- Identifiers: app instance ID and/or RevenueCat user ID; device/app metadata necessary to manage entitlements.
How We Use This Data
- App functionality: enable, verify, and restore purchases; unlock premium features.
- Account/entitlement management: keep your access consistent across devices.
- Diagnostics & analytics (optional): improve reliability and resolve errors. If analytics integrations (e.g., Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel) are enabled, purchase events may be forwarded to those providers.
Sharing & Processing
- Purchase and identifier data are shared with RevenueCat solely to operate purchases and subscriptions.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- RevenueCat acts as our service provider/data processor for purchase management.
- If enabled, RevenueCat may relay purchase events to analytics services you’ve consented to.
Security & Retention
- Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
- Purchase records are retained as long as needed to provide restore functionality, comply with legal/financial obligations, and prevent fraud.
Your Rights & Choices
- You can request deletion of your RevenueCat user data. Contact us at
info@loancmd.com; we will delete your RevenueCat user and associated entitlements.
- Optional analytics/attribution integrations can be disabled in-app or by contacting us.
Other Payment Methods
- On Android and iOS, purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchases. We never see your full card details.
- If/when a web version is offered, card payments may be processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
- Refunds and purchase history are managed via app store tools.
Crash & Store Analytics
We may receive aggregate, store-provided data (e.g., installs, sales, anonymized crash reports) from Google Play or the App Store.
This data helps improve stability and support, and does not contain your loan data.
App permissions
- Network: required by the app stores to complete/validate purchases. We do not upload your loan data.
- File access (optional): only when you export a file you requested.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your local app data (you can also delete the app or its storage to remove local data).
You may request deletion of support emails you sent us. Other rights (portability, complaint to a regulator) may apply depending on your location.
For store purchases (refunds, receipts, family sharing, etc.), please use Google Play / Apple account tools.
Data retention
- On device: remains until you delete it (via in-app actions, OS settings, or uninstalling the app).
- Support communications: if you email us, we keep your email/address as long as necessary to handle your request and for legal/record-keeping purposes, then delete it.
Children’s privacy
LoanCmd is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We’ll change the “Effective date” above when we do.
